Preliminary.

Short title.

1. —This Act may be cited as the Industrial Alcohol Act, 1934.

Definitions.

2. —In this Act—

the expression “the Minister” means the Minister for Industry and Commerce;

[GA]

the expression “industrial alcohol” means alcohol which is of a strength not less than fifty-five degrees over proof, whether denatured or not.
