ACHT DO LEASÚ AN TRADE DISPUTES ACT, 1906. [20 lúil, 1982]

ACHTAÍTEAR AG AN OIREACHTAS MAR A LEANAS:

Leasú ar alt 5 den Trade Disputes Act, 1906.

1. —Leasaítear leis seo alt 5 den Trade Disputes Act, 1906, tríd an míniú seo a leanas a chur in ionad an mhínithe ar “workmen” i bhfo-alt (3):

“and the expression ‘workmen’ means all persons employed, whether or not in the employment of the employer with whom a trade dispute arises, but does not include a member of the Defence Forces or of the Garda Síochána;”.
