AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE FISHERY HARBOUR CENTRES ACT, 1968 . [2nd July, 1980] |
BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: | ||||||

Definition. |
1. —In this Act “the Principal Act” means the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968 . | ||||

Amendment of section 4 of Principal Act. |
2. —Section 4 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (6) (a) of “£500” for “£100”. | ||||

Amendment of Schedule to Principal Act. |
3. —The Schedule to the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution of “Rossaveel” for “Galway”. | ||||

Short title and collective citation. |
4. —(1) This Act may be cited as the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1980. | ||||
| [GA] | (2) The Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Fishery Harbour Centres Acts, 1968 and 1980. | |||||
