AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE PRACTICES (MOTOR SPIRIT AND MOTOR VEHICLE LUBRICATING OIL) ORDER, 1981. [15th April, 1981]

		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
[GA]	Confirmation of Order.	1. —The Restrictive Practices (Motor Spirit and Motor Vehicle Lubricating Oil) Order, 1981, made by the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism under section 8 of the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972 , is hereby confirmed.
[GA]	Short title.	2. —This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Order) (No. 2) Act, 1981.
