CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 (CONTINUANCE) ACT, 1982

AN ACT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 , CONTINUES IN FORCE. [27th December, 1982]

		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
[GA]	Continuance of Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956.	1. —(1) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 , Shall continue in force until the 31st day of December, 1983, and shall then expire.
[GA]		(2) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1977 , other than section 2, is hereby repealed.
[GA]	Short title.	2. —This Act may be cited as the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1982.
